What is an AED Readiness & Compliance Package?

It is an AED subscription. You get the AED and the full Concierge 365 program for one monthly price per device, on a 4-year agreement. We track inspections, supplies, and certifications, replace expired pads and batteries, provide medical direction and written procedures, register each AED with 911 dispatch, and support your team after a rescue.

What do packages cost?

Your monthly price depends on the AED you pick: $31 for Encore Series recertified, $49 or $59 for new models, and $69 for connected models. All prices are per device on a 4-year term.

How long do we commit for?

Packages run for four years, and each AED is priced on its own. Your warranty covers the AED for all four years.

What does Encore Series mean?

Encore Series is our line of recertified AEDs. Every unit is inspected and tested before shipping and stays warranted for the length of your subscription, making it the most economical route to a managed AED.

What support do we get after a rescue?

Our team pulls the event data, holds a responder debrief, and ships the replacement pads and supplies you need to put the AED back in service. Law enforcement, EMS, fire, SNF, LTAC, and rehab organizations are excluded from post-event supplies.

Can we add training or accessories?

Yes. Add CPR/AED or CPR/AED/First Aid courses, hard shell cases, wall cabinets, or pediatric pads, and we will price them into your quote.

What if we already have AEDs?

Keep them. AED365 program management brings the AEDs you own, from any manufacturer, into the same tracking and compliance program.
