1-year terms renew automatically each year. 4-year terms are paid annually and renew one year at a time after the initial term. Each AED is enrolled on its own and keeps its own term from its enrollment date.

Send your device list
For AEDs you already own, share the make, model, serial number, and location of each one. AEDs bought from AED Market are set up for you.
We take it from there
Your AEDs go into the dashboard, reminders are scheduled, and your program is managed from the first day.

What does AED program management include?
Every level tracks monthly inspections, pad and battery expirations, and responder CPR certifications in one online dashboard, with reminders before anything lapses. Compliance 365 adds physician medical direction, written policies, 911 dispatch registration, and support after a rescue. Concierge 365 adds expired supply replacement and a warranty on the AED itself.
Do I have to buy my AEDs from AED Market?
No. You can enroll any make or model. Send us the make, model, serial number, and location of each AED and we add it to your program.
Which level is right for my organization?
Readiness 365 suits teams that only need tracking. Compliance 365 suits organizations that need the full compliance record, including medical direction, policies, and post-event support. Concierge 365 suits organizations that want the entire program handled for them.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is per AED. Readiness 365 is $119 per year on a 1-year term or $79 per year on a 4-year term. Compliance 365 is $149 per year on a 1-year term, or $99 per year or $10 per month on a 4-year term. Concierge 365 is quoted per AED.
How do the terms work?
1-year terms renew automatically. 4-year terms lock in the lower rate, are paid annually, and then renew one year at a time. Each AED keeps its own term from the date it is enrolled, so AEDs added later start their own term.
Why is Concierge 365 quoted?
Concierge 365 covers replacing expired pads and batteries and warranting the AED, so the price depends on the make, model, and age of each device. We review your AEDs and quote a per-AED price.
